We strive to have all orders dispatched and delivered on time. However, delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control after the order is handed to the courier. In such cases, while we regret the inconvenience, it is recommended that you reach out to your courier directly for more information. 

If you still need to report an issue with your delivery please alert our customer service team within 14 days of dispatch. Failure to do so may prevent our team from resolving the problem.
